Order Process

Once your order has been received your Zoe Darling Collections product will be selected and quality checked from our stock. Alternatively, if you have chosen a Quoin bag your order will be put into production.

Postage, Packaging and Delivery

Once quality checked your product will be carefully packed and placed into a robust postage box. This box will be collected by our courier who will provide us with a unique tracking number. We will send you this number via an email notification enabling you to track the package and not miss your delivery.
